By accessing or using the olload platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and Services.

To register an account and use the olload platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
olload operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. While we serve Indonesian players, we do not hold licenses from Indonesian regulatory authorities. Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and does not explicitly address online betting. Players are personally responsible for understanding and complying with local laws in their jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your location.
We enforce strict age verification procedures. All Players must provide valid proof of age through government-issued identification (KTP for Indonesian residents) during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
To access the full range of Services offered by olload, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah).
Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the olload platform. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual, whether under the same name or different identities, are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void any associated bets or transactions, and forfeit any balances, winnings, or bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify olload immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. olload shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, all Players must complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification (KTP for Indonesian residents) and proof of address. We may request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be suspended until satisfactory verification is completed.
olload supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and maximum deposit limits may apply based on your Account tier and payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within seconds to five minutes, though delays may occur due to bank processing times or technical issues beyond our control.
You may request withdrawals to your verified Indonesian bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during Indonesian business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB), though processing times may extend to two hours during off-peak times or weekends. Withdrawals to unverified accounts or payment methods that do not match your registered name may be declined.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits or withdrawals are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in transaction reversal and Account suspension.
olload does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other fees beyond our control. You are responsible for any such charges imposed by third-party financial institutions.
olload offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal conditions. These terms are displayed alongside each promotion and must be carefully reviewed before accepting any bonus.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute lower percentages or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are stated in each bonus's terms.
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, winnings, or funds if we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse or fraud. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Players, betting on opposing outcomes, exploiting technical errors, or any other activity intended to guarantee profit without risk.
All bets placed on the olload platform are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. We are not responsible for errors made by you when placing bets, including incorrect selections, stake amounts, or bet types.
Each game offered on the olload platform is governed by its own specific rules, payouts, and mechanics. Rules for sports betting, casino games, slots, live dealer games, and specialty games (including togel, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and others) are available within the respective game interfaces or information pages. You are responsible for understanding the rules before participating in any game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, incorrect game display, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game, olload reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or software bugs.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if we suspect you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable laws, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to olload or other Players. Upon suspension, all pending bets may be voided, and account balances may be forfeited, depending on the nature of the violation.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, Players may request self-exclusion for a specified period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanently close their Account. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or make deposits. All content on the olload platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of olload or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, olload and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your olload Account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the olload platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration or mediation in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olload is licensed to operate. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
